Refund & Return Policy

At APN (Athletic Performance Nutrition), customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

Returns

Products may be returned if:

• The item arrived damaged

• The product is defective

• The wrong item was delivered

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Returned items must be:

• Unopened

• In their original packaging

• In the same condition they were delivered

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the refund approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
